FEARS:
X drastic change, being looked down upon for ages, losing everything.
SECRET: " I'm afraid to take the next step."
PERSONALITY:
reserved- tends to keep to himself a lot.
Michael just sat in the corner even from a young age, he couldn't get along with other people, they just invaded his space and made him uncomfortable, still feels that way now, if anyone tries, he tends to shy away, making him a closed off person. He will talk to people, but it's difficult to keep him held down.
unsure- he doesn't know what he wants from anything.
Michael's path is covered in fog, he never knows if he's on a straight line or just walking around in circles and it just confuses him. With his whole life obscured, he doesn't know what he wants or needs, he just, wanders, slowly, cautiously... fearfully.
hesitant- he's afraid to say yes.
Every action has a consequence, every opportunity has an experience. Michael prefers the safety of what he knows, everything that opens up unknown territory is terrifying and he just can't let himself be the one to take that step.
gay- he didn't want to like boys, but their bodies are nicer.
There were two boys, Michael was hidden away but nearby were these two boys, they were kissing. He just watched in silence, worried that they'd see him, but the sight of them, how close they were, he realised he hoped to have that one day.
giving up- what's the point if he can't do anything.
Michael thinks there is little point to his life, he's sealed himself in his own world, he's afraid of change, what point is there to Michael? His grades are slipping slowly but surely, and his personal bubble just keeps expanding without showing signs of popping.
APPEARANCE
EYES: Michael's brown eyes often seem to show more then he wants them too. They often show an emptiness about himself along with deep longing inside. His eyes tend to be his most expressive features, giving away a lot about what he's feeling at times. The colour itself leaves much to interpret as they have been compared to chocolate by people who get a good look, and chocolate can be many things to many people.
HAIR: Michael's not one for taking stereotype a bit too far in most cases, but hair seems to be the pure exception. Dyed completely black, every day it will be fixed down long, quite often covering his right eye, or spiked up. The fringe without any products can reach the tip of his nose while at the back it reaches the nape.
PIERCING/S: Managing to force himself through it, Michael's right ear is pierced at the lobe, just with a stud, but that's enough.
TATTOO/S: N/A
OVERALL: Michael's clothing style tends to vary from day to day, he has a lot of black clothing but doesn't have a wardrobe full of it, it's not exactly a rainbow, mostly dark colours, a lot of blue and purple, but every so often you could come across something pink (he doesn't like to admit that he likes pink things cause it would be over stereotyping, but they look good).
BIOGRAPHY
MOTHER: Jennifer McKenzie, 47, Accountant
FATHER: Graham McKenzie, 49, Lawyer
SIBLING/S: Lindsay Elizabeth McKenzie, 18, Part time waitress
OTHER/S:
OVERALL: Michael was happily born as the second child to Graham and Jennifer, brought up in the city with his sister, among all the loud noises and commotion. Not doing too bad for themselves, Michael grew up knowing certain comforts but never really getting used to them. He didn't start hiding himself until he was around five, of course to his family he was fine, but other people started to scare him a little, everyone so different from him, he would easily forget people's names and tended to be a little closed off because of it.
As he got older he became ever more closed off, starting to physically separate himself from other people instead of just mentally, hiding himself during recess, only speaking to his family openly, he would talk to people if they spoke to him of course but it was difficult to speak to other people. Of course his hiding led him to his sighing of homosexuality, and didn't think he could speak to even his parents about that. It came up in conversation... Somehow, with his sister and can easily speak with her about his curiosity, in time coming to be able to speak to her about boys.
Though with his discovery of his sexuality he became more withdrawn. He learned he couldn't hide forever though when Clark's death came about, he'd apparently had little contact with other people and look what he'd done. Michael's had suicidal tendencies before and still has them now, though they're less dominant in his mind, he wants to stop himself from having these thoughts but doesn't know how to properly communicate with others.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE:"How did we get here? I used to know you so well..." It wasn't a rare occurrence that Caleb sung softly under his breath, he knew it was quiet enough so that other people couldn't hear, and often it meant something good was going on in his life.
He didn't really keep it a secret, he was kind of looking forward to this, not hearing what other people were saying, it was difficult to know who was gay and who wasn't, so this was more of a discovery session to him. He had intended to participate, no matter how small the contribution, but he'd see how the whole meeting went first.
Looking up at the room numbers, he came across the place, he'd written it down on a piece of paper, and not looking who was in there, he took his head phones out, still playing Paramore full blast and blinking as he saw Niki and Dani. He figured the two of them would be here, but he wasn't expecting Niki so soon. He suddenly gasped and scrambled for his ipod as he heard the lyrics still playing, "There is something, I see in y--" Caleb blushed a little, it was probably likely the other hadn't heard it, but it was still kind of embarrassing... Somehow.
Still, with that out of the way he waved a little to the two who were already here. "Hey..." He said softly, one of the rare occasions he was first to speak as he moved to take a seat, unconsciously moving to the seat next to Niki.
